What if I need more information before booking a Supervision session?
I offer an initial complimentary session to share a little more about myself and the way I work, and to understand from you how I might best support you. This session offers us an opportunity to meet, establish whether we are a good fit for each other and whether we would feel comfortable working together.
What is the cost of Supervision?
Supervision sessions are £60 per hour. Concessions are available for therapists in training. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
When are Supervision sessions available?
Daytime and evening session are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. There can be some flexibility regarding timings so please contact me for specific availability.
What should I expect from a Supervision Session?
What I most value in sessions with my supervisor, is having a trusting, collaborative and non-judgemental space which promotes reflection and balances support and challenge. I believe this environment nurtures confidence and professional growth and these are the conditions I offer to my supervisees.
Working online or with the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision, I offer the opportunity for structured reflection and feedback on all aspects of your clinical work whilst promoting and supporting development of skills, knowledge, awareness and ethical judgement.
Offering an overview of the safety and welfare of your clients from within the supportive supervisory relationship, is at the heart of my supervisory practice
How should I prepare for a Supervision Session?
Have case notes available to refer to during the Supervision session to aid recall. Identify in advance any specific points you would like to discuss including potential areas of risk or ethical issues you might be facing.
What if I am unable to attend a Supervision session?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend and I will try to re-schedule another session. A notice period of 24 hours is required for cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, the full fee is payable.
